1. Confirm import eligibility first
Check vehicle age and condition rules, steering requirements, emissions or EV standards, inspection obligations, taxes and registration documents in the destination country.
2. Choose a model and exact version
Compare model year, trim, powertrain, steering, equipment and condition. For an identified vehicle, request the VIN and the agreed inspection information.
3. Review the quotation and contract
Check seller identity, currency, trade term, payment milestones, included services, exclusions and cancellation terms. Confirm bank details with your established advisor before payment.
4. Agree inspection and document checks
Set the inspection scope and timing. Confirm which commercial invoice, packing list, export declaration, origin or conformity documents and bill of lading are applicable to your order.
5. Plan freight and destination clearance
Agree the loading method, freight and insurance responsibilities, departure information and document handover. Arrange destination clearance and registration through the appropriate local parties.
